With his visit to the castle set, the Asahina now needed a place he could use to do art other than the house provided him by the Crab — no, one where people could be at peace amongst nature and tranquility. For this, the local shrine would be ideal, as he heard rumours of the hinterlands being fierce, and saw himself of which bad state was the red sea.

Arriving with a biwa on his back, though, he needed to first ask the local monks if they would welcome his music and it would not disturb. For this end, he entered the shrine, leaving his shoes outside.

"Greetings samurai-sama, please be at peace here in our humble shrine, this one is at your service," a nun said on her approach with several bows.

He bows slightly with each bow she gave. "I am an artist from the Crane." He said, taking the biwa on his arms. "And need a place to train my art. Would the music of spring hinder you or your place, if I may ask?"

“A child of Doji comes into this shrine and wishes to play beautiful music. We are the ones that are blessed, the stars truly are aligned, and we are blessed. We would be honored samurai-sama. Though we have nothing to give in return but our humble gratitude,” she said with a smile.

He nods with another smile. "I thank you for the kind words. Do you have a futon I could use at the grass?" He knew that the kimono would dirty itself anyway, but would not want to look like he fell on his ass right into the ground.

"Yes, is there anything else you might need?" she offered.

"Nothing more than a cup of water." He replies with a nod. After taking it, he retired himself under a tree near the shrine and started playing.
