The dread magistrate was prowling the docks. Fully armoured and fully armed, he wondered the docks looking for signs of trouble, paying special attention to the boats and the sides thereof in case of... something appearing.
If he found nothing, he would check in with the peasantry, make see if they were being cautious enough.
