The young man turns his smile to her while observing the Ikoma and any potential sake. "How many Otomo has Yoko-san met? I can honestly tell you what you say is rather unexpected."

"The Lion are honorable samurai that did what their honor required them to do. This is the way of the samurai. You energize us, instead, Ikoma-san.'' He says, looking a tad more serious to Ren. "Your Family does a great service for your Clan, and the Empire as well. Thank you."

[Yoko]

"Two of note, you and Otomo Yusuke, both have been pretty surprising receptions eh?" she said, chuckling as she did. "Managed to meet Otomo Yusuke-sama on the boat ride over here, shared a couple of drinks with the crew and maybe even a few laughs. Was a good time."

[Otomo Saisei]

"Well. Mystery solved. Yusuke-sama is my master and I am his assistant. I do try to get the best out of his example." He mentions with a nod.

[Yoko]

"Now, you'll match him in two ways then eh?" she added with a smirk. "Seems I have the chance to be able to claim I had a drink with the assistant and the man himself, eh?"

[Otomo Saisei]

"Indeed." He smiles and takes another sip. Which he coughs for a moment, not fully used to get alcohol every other day. "Apologies. Well, I don't have his experience, and I believe there's much to learn until I can overcome what he puts me as a challenge."

[Yoko]

Chuckling as the Imperial coughed, Yoko took a drink of her own. "Well, you've got plenty of years to catch up, eh? With your attitude you'll go far, I think," she shrugged a little, "if you wanna take my opinion, eh?"

[Otomo Saisei]

"Thank you again. Very kind, Yoko-san. Your opinion is welcomed, hai. We Imperials should listen more to more voices, I believe." He sips again.
