[Kakita Yuuwaku]

"I've been fortunate to have a talent and to be able to nurture it," Yuuwaku says. "And to have it be one my Clan values. It gives me some leverage, to be sure, though I remain my lord's humble servant, of course."

[Toritaka Hanatsuko]

"To be honest Kakita sama I don't feel like I have any special talent. I just have my training." She continued to braid another strand.

[Kakita Yuuwaku]

"Did you need help re-braiding?" Yuuwaku asks. And then "Can you speak of your training to me?"

[Toritaka Hanatsuko]

She looked at herself braiding her strands. "Oh... it is just a quirk when I am a bit out of my element. I am not really good with people, I must admit." She lowered her head. "Well, we are taken to a very spiritual active locale and we are to sense the spirits intention. We are quizzed on the possible realm the spirits around may be a part of."

[Kakita Yuuwaku]

"Sounds fitting from what I know of events. Fortuitous that you were here for them," Yuuwaku notes. "It sounds special to me, indeed.

"And people...people can be easy, really."

[Toritaka Hanatsuko]

She looked up. "It seems that the spirits that guided me to this place knew it what was calling." She looked up and smiled. "I suppose... But I feel I lack training in the art of relating with people. Spirits and animals seem to be easier for me to interact with."

[Kakita Yuuwaku]

"Well," Yuuwaku answers, "I cannot talk to spirits, and I've no skill with animals, so there's that. And I think you could learn people faster than I could the others."

[Toritaka Hanatsuko]

"Oh?... Probably my ease with it is because of my heritage. You may be surprised Kakita sama." She chuckled. "Maybe we can make a trade of skills. My falcon is quite the player and my dog is a rambunctious girl. I can show you a few tricks."
Oh! I would like her to teach me tricks. I can teach her a few of my own.
She shook her head. "I think my falcon will be willing to show his majesty to you."

[Kakita Yuuwaku]

Yuuwaku smiles.

"I should very much like to see it," she says. "There are falconers at the Academy; watching them work was always a pleasure."

[Toritaka Hanatsuko]

I will charm her with my dance moves.
She started to unbraid the strand she already braided. "Maybe he will grant you a dance." Hanatsuko chuckled. "I would like to see the falconers of the Crane."

[Kakita Yuuwaku]

"He dances?" Yuuwaku asks. "I should love to see that; perhaps I will take a lesson!"

She laughs. "I am trained as a dancer, so it will be quite the experience!"

[Toritaka Hanatsuko]

"You may be the judge of that." Hana giggled.
Hey I can dance!
"I'll be at your disposal to give you such entertainment." The woman nodded.

[Kakita Yuuwaku]

"I would be honored by such an exhibition," Yuuwaku replies. "Would Toritaka-san be averse to some of my kin joining the audience?"

[Toritaka Hanatsuko]

"Not at all. Kuma is not shy." She smiled. "I look forward to seeing you dance."

[Kakita Yuuwaku]

"Does Toritaka-san dance, by chance?"

[Toritaka Hanatsuko]

"Not really but I do play the flute." She smiled.

[Kakita Yuuwaku]

Yuuwaku almost snorts, but that joke's been done already, so she says "Perhaps Toritaka-san could play for the dancing. It always--no, almost always--works better with accompaniment."

[Toritaka Hanatsuko]

"I will be honored." she nodded. "Any particular music type you would enjoy to dance to?"

[Kakita Yuuwaku]

"I can dance most any dance, in truth," Yuuwaku replies, "though if your falcon has a preference, I'm happy to oblige it." She smiles.

[Toritaka Hanatsuko]

"I will have to find out what he prefers. I have never asked him though." She started to wonder. "When you two meet you'll see that Kuma is a special bird."

[Kakita Yuuwaku]

"I believe it," Yuuwaku replies. "I have never been...close to such a creature before. What do I do?"

[Toritaka Hanatsuko]

She gave it a thought. "With Kuma just put your arm out and he will perch. If he is comfortable, he will start to preen. If he is not he will try to scare you." She chuckled. "But I think with you it will be the former."

[Kakita Yuuwaku]

Yuuwaku nods. "Some would say Crane know about preening," she jokes, then adds "I will be glad of it, then. Your falcon--Kuma, you said?"

[Toritaka Hanatsuko]

Hanatsuko chuckled. "Birds of a feather..." She followed the joke. "Yes my falcon friend is called Kuma and my dog is Sari."

[Kakita Yuuwaku]

"Does Sari also dance?" Yuuwaku asks, laughing lightly.
