Starlight (Day 3 Early Night, The Sea Fox.)

Shouji sat on the deck of the Sea Fox, his back against the cabin of the ship. He was pretty sure he should be sleeping, but even after the drinks he had throughout the evening it was eluding him. Ghosts on his ship, monsters in the water. He'd posted extra people on watch duty, though that was likely to do little good.

Picking up the cup in his hand he took a sip of the water within. He watched the crew go about their tasks, avoiding showing any of the turmoil he felt inside as he greeted any who came here with a polite smile. They needed to see their Captain calm after all, they were supposed to be reassured by his presence, right?
