After a century of conflict over the fishing rights and a long-standing vendetta stemming from a famous duel between Hida Gusari and Doji Bujeihime, these two lineages have been at each other’s throats. Now the House of Otomo have stepped in to bring some stability and bring an end to the conflict with a wedding between Hida Yoji, youngest descendent of Hida Gusari, and Daidoji Yushoko, an unmarried artisan of Bujeihime’s lineage. This wedding will bring an end to the bloodshed and bring stability to the region.

Hosted by Hida Yoji’s mother the provincial daimyo, Hida Fubushi “The Little Mountain”, the village of Fire Shrimp is set to be a lively locale or the wedding. As a guest of the Crab come to enjoy the sites, the food, and the hospitality of a Great Clan, as long as the old hatreds don’t surface and ruin the beauty of the wedding.

But who would be uncouth to do that?
