Wanted to confirm the new Status rule (bonus to high skills for status >1) applies to high skills in the Hole event. Or is it too "salt of the earth" to care about status ranks?

In regards to the Hole in One thread, is there any advantage to using the Ikoma Bard rank 1 technique to talk up the groom? It could be either as an addition, a supplement to the other possible Perform: Storytelling roll, or as a replacement? (potentially)

If you can cite heroic or noble actions by that person and successfully roll Perform: Storytelling / Awareness at TN 20, that person will gain a number of points of Glory equal to your School Rank. This may be done a number of times per person per month equal to your School Rank.
