Now much more curious, she moved over to inspect the beam. "Why would anyone knock this down intentionally?"

[Yue]

After seeing that the Kitsuki had indeed safe from the falling beam, she turned to give a glance her surroundings. Yue gave a small nod to Yoko, seeing that she returned and was indeed not eaten by the ghost involved. She also gave a glance to Jun to see if was fine. Maybe she wasn't the intended target?

"I'm not too sure...and it keeps happening but maybe it seems more random than it looks?" she said to the Monkey.

[Dapper Dog]

Jun was visibly shaken by the fallen beam.

[Fuzake Hifumi]

"The footprints would suggest otherwise." she said, staring at the ceiling.

[Kakita Konohamaru]

Konohamaru moved over to inspect the fallen beam, concern obvious from his visage.

"Is everyone alright?"

[Yoko]

Glancing around Yoko watched the group for a moment, how it all inter-played, and then promptly decided she needed a quick breath seeing as no one was hurt.

So, she stepped outside for a bit. Muttering something about how she has to remember not to mess with spirits, they aren't any kind of good news. Finding some beam or support to lean her shoulder into.

[Kitsuki Naida]

"I am fine, and it seems no one else was injured. Unlike last time."

Naida looked where the Monkey had been looking but did not see anything in particular.

"Just my luck I suppose, however one wants to take that."

[Kakita Konohamaru]

"Seems like as good a time as any to break for lunch, no?"

Maybe it'd give Hitomi time to find something else to do so they could continue discussion.

[Yue]

Yue gave Naida space and made her way over to where Yoko was standing to check on her. She thought that she looked rather winded or shocked but perhaps not because what happened. "Nobody got hurt other than a bunch of people rattled. Are you okay?" she whispered over to her.

[Yoko]

Distracted a little she took a half-second to glance up. "Huh- O-oh, yea, yea. Just, well.. met your little friend, eh?" she said, laughing a little but nerves tinged at the sound. Waving her hand a little, "No- that's not right- but you know what I mean, eh? Just.. wasn't what I was ready for. "

[Yue]

"It does look like you've seen a ghost. Seeing as how you didn't jump up and scream, you did a little better than I did..." she said with a slow nod, "Funny enough, everyone here was just talking about a ghost too, Hitomi? The daughter of a Crab? Something about two dolls?"

She gestured to the Kakita, "He said quite a bit, actually."

[Yoko]

"Was- not really paying attention, but I heard the chatter a bit," she laughed a little awkwardly. "Sounds about right though, from what some of the conversation was last night, and hey," she turned around a bit, leaning her back against where she was leaning her shoulder instead. This way she was facing Yue a bit more directly as they spoke.

"From what you said, others said.. came in here knowing I was looking for a ghost, eh? So.. probably the only reason I didn't scream. Didn't realize it'd be so.." she shook her head. "When you saw her last, did she say anything.. well.. anything that stuck out to you?"

[Kitsuki Naida]

Naida was listening and looked at the two ronin, "Little friend? Tell me, that's the one Kakaita-sama was calling 'Hitomi', right? The girl?"

It still disturbed her that the girl was called Hitomi of all things. Not that it was exactly an uncommon name, but things being what they were...

[Yue]

"First, you're it and second, I'm sorry. We didn't exactly talk much..." she gave a shrug as she wiped the palm of her hands on her kimono, perhaps glad there wasn't much of a conversation at all. However, they didn't give them much of a lead on their clues here. "She tried to kill Jun here twice but now I'm not so sure if that's what she wanted to do."

She turned her attention to the Kitsuki and nodded, then allowing Yoko to elaborate.

[Yoko]

"Strange.." she looked down a moment, half-lidded a moment. A small shake of her head. "Well- only makes my own worries a little more relieving since I think I distracted her from it, eh?" she said, a quick smile to Yue before she looked to the Kitsuki. With a nod, "Far as I know. All I heard was a voice though.." she pointed, "found a track, followed a track, and I didn't like where it brought me."

[Yue]

"It was a dark looking girl...and it looked like she was submerged or something," she murmured as further testimony on her side.
