[D3 - EA] Swole Hida II (Open)

[Amika]

After meeting with Bayushi Ijihime, the wolf painter found some time to start making the final strokes to the inn mural. Kami Hida and the rising sun of Amaterasu were looking good, but Amika wanted them to be more spectacular, more radiant and divine. That their presence clearly shown the destruction of the darkness of the left and victory for the Empire and the Crab clan.

With her brush on her right hand, and taking care of her long sleeve with her left hand, the painter wolf started to finish the lines that will really make the mural come to 'life'.

It was a very soft and flow moment. Amika was totally immersed deep into the painting and slowly but surely she was giving it the final look...

[Yoko]

From behind there was just a sharp appreciative whistle.

[Ikoma Ren]

"My my. Art can come from the most unlikely of sources." Ren beams. "And that can make it all the more beautiful. Ladies..." Ren offers a bow, recognizing Yoko from the other day and wanting to make a good impression on the new one. "Ikoma Ren, at your service."

[Amika]

Amika was completely devoted to her art and it took her a while to notice that the two other samurai had appeared. Once the last stroke was finished, the ronin painter observed the final mural of Hida-no-kami with the divine rays of Amaterasu-no-kami protecting his back, while he led his troops forwards against the retreating darkness on the left.

The wolf felt that the mural was fine, at least, taking on account that this style of painting, with more vibrant colours was not her specialty.

Finally, she snapped out of her inner void and noticed the two people. '' Oh, forgive this one minna-sama. I was just too concentrated in the painting.'' She said bowing to the two.

'' Ikoma Ren-sama. It is an honor....'' She said bowing quite low towards the clan samurai. '' This one's name is Amika. I hope that you had rice today?'' She asked politely. Then she turned towards the ronin from the other day. '' Yoko-san. An honor that you came here today. This one hopes that you had Inari-no-kami blessings today?'' She also asked politely to her fellow ronin.

[Ikoma Ren]

"Are you a favored of Inari then Amika-san?" Ren inquires, doing his best to be polite

[Amika]

'' This one cannot say, but Inari-no-kami has not shown any displeasure at this one over her life, so i guess i'm indeed blessed by Inari-no-kami, Ikoma Ren-sama'' She replied to the lion.

[Yoko]

"Ikoma-sama," she'd greeted quickly when Amikanhad still been painting. Letting both of their attentions drift toward it at the time and for the moment.

"Mantis seem keen on keeping me fed, so I can say the same. Good to see you again, Amika-san. Seems I got a chance to watch you paint after all, eh?" she chuckled.

[Amika]

Amika nods to the wolf woman. '' Indeed, and this one is most honored that you came here. It doesn't matter if i paint a mural if nobody is there to look at it after all'' she slightly smiled.

[Ikoma Ren]

"It's rather good." Ren offers an appraising eye. "Not that it's my area of expertise, but if you want to get attention and eyes on it, I would be happy to help."

[Yoko]

Yoko nodded in agreement with the first note, "It's definitely good. Even answered that question I still held on how someone like us might manage to make it as an artist, eh? You've got the skill, Amika-san. Something to be proud."

[Amika]

'' Well, what you think of it, minna-sama?'' She asked for their opinion...

The final mural was a vibrant colourful painting from a 3/4 perspective from the front. On the right side the overwhelming light of the rising sun was there as a representation of Amaterasu-no-kami. Her sacred light traveling from the right towards the left of the mural where darkness, utter darkness was being destroyed and pushed back by the divine rays. About the middle of the painting was a massive set of fortifications, representing The Kaiu Wall itself, and on the level of the ground multiple armored samurai, Crab samurai were right there standing between the darkness and the wall, a representation of the Crab clan being the Wall itself. The mon of the Hida, Hiruma, Kaiu, Kuni and Yasuki families could be seen in the banners that the samurai were carrying as well as a massive banner of the Crab clan itself right in the center.

Leading these samurai, the massive frame of Hida-no-kami, with his right arm holding Chikara, the sacred katana of the Crab, pointing forwards to the darkness, while his left hand was resting on a massive jade tetsubo. Hida's muscular frame was protected by Fukufu, the sacred armor of the Crab clan, in deep red, blue and white colours, while the kami's back was protected by the rays of his Divine Mother.

The mural was a direct representation of the best traits and the sacred duty of the Crab clan.

[Ikoma Ren]

"Well, it certainly doesn't hurt to play to your hosts." Ren flashes a grin. "I have to say I'm guilty of the same thing myself. Regardless of being a smart political move, I have to say, it's really well done. You should have people seeing this!"

[Yoko]

"It's.. well, it's really nice to look at. Afraid I never.. quite learned enough about the arts to give you better thoughts than that, eh?" she said, looking to Amika with a smirk.

[Amika]

'' Well your kind words encourage me to continue to do so, minna-sama. You have my gratitude.'' She bowed to them. '' If you wish this one could teach you how to do some art, Yoko-san. Much like any other artistic expression, it comes out of practice.'' She adds.

'' This one hopes that, Oshii-obasan will get more clients from the samurai that she hosts here, Ikoma-sama.'' She said to him.

[Yoko]

"Afraid I don't quite have the time for it, eh?" she said, smirked and shrugged a bit. "It's a kind offer though, Amika-san," she dipped her head.
